What Nelmru accesses
Nelmru asks Android for installed applications that offer a compatible TV launch entry, so you can choose and open shortcuts. Application names, package identifiers and launch components are processed locally. Nelmru does not send your installed-app information to LittleThings Labs or upload it to a server.
Your selected shortcuts and their order, background choice and reduced-motion preference are saved in private app preferences on the television. When you open Android's Home-selection controls, Nelmru may also remember the previous Home application locally so you can open it again.
The clock, date, greetings and automatic scenery use the television's time settings. They do not require your location.
Weather, location & connections
This release does not request current weather, look up cities, use GPS or contact Open-Meteo. Nature backgrounds, icons and the Manrope font are included with the app. Scenery changes with the time of day or your selection, not live weather.
Nelmru has no Android Internet permission and makes no app-owned server requests. It does not include advertising, analytics, tracking, crash-reporting, billing or licensing SDKs. It does not access advertising identifiers, create user accounts or collect payment details.
Automatic EmojiCompat downloadable-font loading is disabled. Nelmru uses bundled typography and Android's existing font fallback. Android may manage its own fonts and network connections independently.
The app does not request camera, microphone, location, contacts, shared-storage, notification or accessibility access. It does not run a background service to monitor your activity. Local preferences are not sold or provided to advertisers.
Other apps & Google Play
Opening a streaming app, an app marketplace, Android settings or the TV input selector hands control to that app or the operating system. These services have their own permissions, accounts, network connections and privacy practices.
Get Apps and Find More Apps open an accessible installed marketplace. If a generic marketplace search is needed, it contains only a fixed apps query. Nelmru does not attach your app list, preferences, account details or an advertising identifier.
The sleep shortcuts open TV settings for your confirmation; they do not run a background timer or transmit timer information to LittleThings Labs.
If you purchase Nelmru through Google Play, Google handles checkout and payment information through its own systems. This app contains no in-app checkout and does not receive your payment-card details. See Google's privacy policy for Google's handling of its services.
Storage, protection & deletion
Settings are stored in Android's private app storage. Nelmru disables Android app backup and excludes its data from cloud-backup and device-transfer rules. Device manufacturers and administrators may have additional system-level controls.
Restore default preferences resets the current shortcut, background and motion choices. It does not erase the separate previous-Home record or change Android's default Home selection.
To remove all of Nelmru's local app data, use Android's Clear storage control or uninstall the app. Settings remain on the TV until changed, reset or removed. There is no Nelmru account or server-side profile to delete.
If you previously installed the private v1.0 weather prototype, a saved city and weather cache may remain in its legacy private storage for rollback compatibility. Build 16 does not read or transmit that legacy data. Clearing app storage or uninstalling removes it.
This privacy-policy website
This static page has no advertising, analytics, tracking scripts, contact forms, cookies or browser-storage features. Its styling, logo and font are served from the same website; it does not load external fonts or embedded content.
When hosted on Cloudflare Pages, delivering this page requires Cloudflare to process ordinary web-request information, such as an IP address and browser request headers. Cloudflare may retain operational or security logs. Website requests are separate from Nelmru's offline app behavior. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for information about its platform practices.
If you choose to contact us by email, we receive the email address and message you provide to handle your enquiry. Avoid sending passwords, signing keys, payment-card details or unnecessary personal information. Correspondence is used to respond and handle applicable support, privacy and legal obligations; you can contact us about its retention or deletion.
